Glamour Photography
Glamour Photography is a type of photography in which the subject is depicted in a sexually alluring or romantic pose. The subject is generally female and may be seminude or fully clothed. It is often seen that professional models pose for this photography. Sometimes this genre comprises of fully topless shots.
The photos may be used for commercial use, inclusive of men's magazines, pinups and mass-produced calendars. Some of the photos are used for private and personal use only.
Characteristics of Glamour Photography
- This genre highlights the natural features of the subject in a way that is artistic and flattering
- The range of this photography is from stylized senior portraits for high school students to softcore images used in men's magazines
- Some models enjoy the sessions of glamour photography and the resulting images. The reason is that the images makes them feel themselves better about their bodies as the images illustrate their unique natural beauty
- A good photographer must be successful in detecting the best features of a subject, whether it is a movie starlet or an aging mother
- There is a potential to capture glamour photographs of any person and at the end of the session some people end up certainly looking better than others
- A classic example of this variety of photography is the 1953 photo set of Marilyn Monroe for Playboy. Although she is naked, the image is handled in such a manner that there is nothing reckless about it. This style of glamour photography is labeled as "boudoir photography"

TFP means Trade for Prints. It has the following procedure.
- A model trades her time for modeling in exchange for the shooting time of the photographer
- A model receives prints as the payment
- The model receives the images from the photographer on a CD
